Claudia is an attorney-at-law who works in the Düsseldorf office. She focuses on patent law matters, unfair competition, trademark and design issues and copyright law.
Prior to joining EIP, Claudia was a member of the IP team of a well-known regional law firm in Cologne and also worked in the IP team of an international law firm, based in their Cologne office.
Claudia is a member of GRUR, a German IP association, and of the Cologne Lawyers' association. She has a Law degree from Freie Universität Berlin and speaks English fluently.
