Neil Forsyth

Neil is a European and Chartered Patent Attorney advising clients on patenting their technology in the electronics sector, including mobile and fixed telecommunications, computer systems design and architecture, software and hardware. He has specialist knowledge of telecommunication standards which he leverages to add value to patent portfolios.

Neil is head of the energy technologies practice group, EIP Energy. His experience within the energy technologies sector includes wind turbines, solar thermal and photovoltaic panels, wave power generation, renewable energy generation scheduling and low-power digital signal processing.

He has a master’s of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a PhD in telecommunications and signal processing from Imperial College.
