This role within the team will focus on supporting the Finance Department. As a result experience with finance software packages is highly advantageous.

Additionally, we require strong skills in SQL Server, T-SQL script, SSRS reporting, as well as MVC and experience in data manipulation within Excel.

A passion for technology is essential and enthusiasm for working in a team-based environment is also required. a degree in computer science or a related field and a flexible approach to work will also be beneficial.

Professional services experience will be advantageous but is by no means essential.

• a minimum undergraduate degree of 2:1, with c.3-5 years' PQE, primarily in litigation ideally patent litigation;
• experience built up in a private practice experience of working in a hard IP firm or a city firm with a hard IP practice;
• the ability to work well under pressure;
• the ability to command respect.

You might even have:

• a postgraduate degree or PhD in a science subject

The successful attorney will handle a mixture of work. This will include drafting and prosecution work but there is also a chance to combine a prosecution caseload with some exciting work in litigation support.

We are looking for a candidate who can offer expertise in electronics matters and who is familiar with technologies in the software and wireless / telecoms sectors. Experience in handling drafting & prosecution on behalf of direct clients would be advantageous.

A background in electronic engineering would be preferred but any attorneys who can demonstrate a track record in the above listed technologies will be of interest.
