Kenny is a Registered U.S Patent Attorney based in the EIP office in San Diego, California. Her patent expertise is in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for clients in software, artificial intelligence, biotech and medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and consumer products.

Kenny is also a trademark specialist, experienced in trademark prosecution and opposition work for brand owners primarily in the biotech, food and supplement sectors, achieving trademark registration for the first hemp cannabidiol product in the U.S.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Kenny worked as a chemist for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc where she developed new electronic chemical production processes, specializing in high purity organometallic compounds.
