Isabelle is an attorney-at-law and a member of the EIP Legal team in the Düsseldorf office. She focusses on patent law matters, unfair competition, trademark and design issues and copyright.
Isabelle joined EIP having completed a law degree at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn. During her legal clerkship she trained in the legal department of a leading trading and travel company. She speaks English fluently. Isabelle is a member of GRUR, a German IP association and VPP (Association of Intellectual Property Experts).

- Acting for Unwired Planet International Limited (second chair in Germany) v Google, Samsung, Huawei, HTC and LG regarding six patents covering Android, 2G, 3G and LTE technologies (link)
- Acting for Good Technology in a major international litigation (second chair in Germany) against two competitors.
