Cynthia is a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney based in EIP's office in San Diego, California. Her patent experience includes acoustic, cleantech, electromechanical, mechanical, medical, and optical devices and methods. She advises clients on patentability, freedom to operate, infringement, validity and licensing issues.
Cynthia also has extensive experience in all aspects of trademark law, including searching, registration, and enforcement of rights, covering a broad range of consumer products and services. Prior to joining EIP Cynthia spent five years at one of the largest IP law firms in the US.
