Ghazaly Imam

Ghazaly is a registered U.S. Attorney based in EIP's San Diego, California office. His expertise is in patent litigation, with particular experience in litigating patents in both computer software and hardware.

He joined EIP after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable W. Louis Sands, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Georgia. Prior to his clerkship, Ghazaly practiced as a patent litigator in one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the United States, with experience in both federal courts and in the International Trade Commission.

Ghazaly is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.) and the University of Texas at Austin (B.A. with Honors in Computer Science, Middle Eastern Studies, and Plan II).
