Laura is a Trainee Trademark Attorney in the EIP Brands practice group.

Since joining the trademark team, Laura has worked on a wide variety of trademark matters for clients in a range of industries.

Previously, Laura worked as a paralegal at EIP gaining broad experience of patent, design and trademark matters.

Laura has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) undergraduate degree from the University of Southampton.

Experience

  • Analysing trademark clearance search reports and preparing corresponding advice.
  • Preparing and filing trademark applications in numerous jurisdictions and prosecuting applications through to registration.
  • Analysing and reporting on Intellectual Property Office search and examination reports.
  • Assisting in trademark opposition proceedings and invalidity actions.
  • Conducting portfolio reviews and dealing with recordal of transactions.
